Sauvignon Blanc
Introducing The Shy Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc. A vibrant blend of passionfruit and tropical fruit with a crisp and refreshing palate.
Tasting Notes:
Lifted aromas of freshly cut grass, lemongrass, and citrus, with a subtle hint of snow pea. Fresh and full flavoured, with plenty of tropical fruit and citrus drive, finishing crisp, tight, and tangy.
Food Matches:
Seafood and shellfish, or a goat’s cheese and asparagus salad.

The Shy Kiwi
Rosé
Introducing The Shy Kiwi Rosé. A medley of fresh red berries and hints of cherries, balanced with a crisp acidity and medium body.
Tasting Notes:
Red and black cherry notes leads into a softly cushioned core with an accent on the red cherries and red currants. Bright and fresh with an up-front intensity, this Rosé finishes balanced and cleansing. Best served chilled.
Food Matches:
Charcuterie board, or roasted duck salad.

Introducing The Shy Kiwi Pinot Gris. A fragrant blend of pear and tropical fruits with a crisp, aromatic finish.
Tasting Notes:
Delicate aromas of preserved lemon and apple blossom lead into a fleshy, citrus-driven palate. Fresh with bright flavour and a clean refreshing finish.

Roast chicken with thyme and garlic, Asian inspired salads.
